Kunal Premnarayan serves as Group CEO and Board Member of the ICS Group that caters to real estate, finance services and hospitality.
Having completed his graduation from Wake Forest University, he
has worked with companies like Merrill Lynch and Lucent Technologies in the
USA. He heads the real estate business in the ICS Group and is a key
player in the organization who develops the core leadership team and formulates
long-term strategies for the business.He is operationally involved with the
asset management business of the company.
ICS business group endeavors to redefine the retail infrastructure
space in the country by optimizing on it’s partnerships with the international
front-runners.
Apart from being a strategist, he is an enthusiastic sports person
who was a national champion for Maharashtra and ranked among the top 5 tennis
players. He is also passionate about squash and running.
